Exchanges

- Exchanges are like-for-like (size/color) when stock allows.

- If the item is defective/damaged on arrival, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Refunds

- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you the approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Bank processing times apply.
Late or missing refunds

- Check your bank/statement again.

- Contact your card issuer/bank.

- If it still hasn’t arrived, email info@safastyle.com.
Sale items

- Sale/discounted items are not refundable (exchanges may be offered if defective).
Gifts

- If marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a store credit for approved returns.

- If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
How to return

- By courier/mail: Ship to the same address above. Use a trackable service.
Return shipping:

- You cover return shipping. It’s non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective.

- If a refund is issued, return shipping (if prepaid by us) may be deducted.
Damaged / wrong item

- If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact info@safastyle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it.
